Eating ham??

I'm 8w5d. I read that eating ham is bad, but my OBGYN said its fine but not too much. I want to eat it so bad but I'm scared. What do you guys think?

You can buy the hillshire farms Natural ham slices from the grocery store and that would be okay. I wouldn't overdue it but you'll be fine.

I was told no lunch meats. Some say its OK to heat up but my doc prefers none at all. A lot of proccesed meats are high in sodium too which isn't good either even without the risk of possible germs.

I hate some lunch meat here and there. My baby is healthy as can be. I think it's totally fine in moderation.

Pork in General is not good for you especially the level of salt, i haven't eaten it in like 8yrs
