Does cramping mean I’m ovulating?

I am not sure I have PCOS. Each month when my OPK shows peak, I’m cramping. Does that mean I’m ovulating or could it be false?

It depends on the person. For me personally I knew when I was ovulating because I would get cramps and feel like crap. But I have girlfriends who never felt anything different when they ovulated

Yes it does - to an extent. It needs to be cramping on one side and close to the pelvis. If it’s overall cramping then that is not ovulation cramps
