Breastfeeding questions

Due April 7th with my second baby. My first baby I didn’t get to breastfeed. I lost too much blood during labor that I had to have two units of blood transfusion. So my milk supply didn’t come in a few weeks later after my daughter was born.. so this time I’m praying for a smooth quick delivery! But I’m so lost on all the breastfeeding supplies. What exactly do I need??? I’m starting my registry. And all I see are pads stuff I don’t quite understand. I actually found pacifiers that resembles a real nipple for breastfeeding. Would that be something too consider? I’ll add a photo. breast pumps are pretty stupid expensive. If you breastfeed and you pump does that mean your baby has to use a bottle? What are the best bottles for that? Wouldn’t babies get confused with a regular bottle nipple and breast nipple doing that? Thank you I’m really in the lost of it. I have no girlfriends that breastfed to explain. So it’s 100% new to me. Abs I’m super excited to understand.
