30+5 and bleeding after swab tests!

Hi guys, so yesterday I was very poorly with baby and spent all day in hospital on a ward being prodded and poked with tests. They perfromed a test to see if I was in early labour via swabs vaginally, and later that day when I was discharged I went to the toilet and I had lost mucus and blood. I've had the swabs done before and this has never happened previously. All last night I had old blood as they call it ( brown ) and again this morning I had brown and some spots of red. Is this normal after swabs to bleee? As I'm worried now and thinking of going back to hospital!
