Confused help !!

So I went to the er the other day for my broken toe, I gave them some pee for a pregnancy test ( unknowingly thinking other wise Bc it’s protocol) before my X-ray, so right before I got discharged the dr came back and told me that my test came back a faint positive meaning that I’m early , she then asked me when my period was , she then told me to start taking prenatal vitamins and to follow up with my dr , I’ve gotten 3 medical professional advice and they all say the same thing

Glow is saying I’m 2 weeks & 1 day
