when should I test?

for the past 6 months my period has always came around the 1st-3rd, but for some reason last month it came the 12th .

I have had unprotected sex a couple days every week through the whole month of December, should I take a pregnancy test after the 3rd since my cycle has been like that for so long ? Or should I wait until the 13th ? (The day after what eve says my period is gonna come) .

I had sex the day before and the day of what eve said my ovulation was. (December 28th) .

and what's the chance of being pregnant anyways ?

I've been having slight cramping that hits me once in a while but it feels like gas, but it might be the Chinese food we ate for new years lol

no spotting at least yet, but I think it's too soon .
