Is this serious?

Past week I have noticed a small lump on my left side,  my ovary I'm guessing,  I have not felt this before.  Do you think I should get checked out or am I being paranoid?  Also that area is hard and I'm getting pain sometimes.

You should not be able to feel an ovarian cyst, if you can you need to go to the dr.

Could be an ovarian cyst. Which are usually harmless but painful especially when they pop
