Uncomfortable stomach pain 11weeks pregnant?

For the past week I’ve been having what im sure are bloating pains because it doesn’t feel like uterine pains and I’ve been constipated so I’m sure that doesn’t help either but I just feel so uncomfortable I have taken some meds but doesn’t seem to be helping me out. It gets hard to sleep at night because I feel so bloated and my stomach starts hurting.

Anyone else similar?
