How do you know if your birth control pill is working? I was just on my placebo week and we had sex on the last day of my period but I still had a few days left before I started my new pack. We used a condom and he pulled out but I know that nothing is guaranteed. Could my hormones of been taking not be strong enough to have kept me from ovulating early? Could I have gotten pregnant?
