So this morning I was fine in normal pain waking up, had a normal bathroom experience after breakfast. Then come 30 min after lunch I have immense cramps follows but very soft stool and lots of it. Since about noon before and after bathroom experience I’ve been having sharp pains in my right hip about every 5-30 minutes for the last 2 hours. None are lasting longer than 5 seconds but very painful. I am staying hydrated and no decreased movement or bleeding.

What to do????

I’ve been laying for those 2 hours so don’t know what’s going on.
