Weight loss journey ✨
The two left are from August 2019, the other two are present, ive been on this journey for 5 months now and it has now become a lifestyle!! I go at least 4 times a week and also eat healthy, things that fuel my body correctly!! I have my days as i am not perfect but let me tell yall, it NEVER too late!!!
I have PCOS and so its hard to fight certain cravings and motivation, BUT wokrout make me feel great and have made my periods regular!
If you are wanting to start a journey of weight loss just remeber to start slow and little and progress each week!
Slow progress is still progress!!
