What time is your last nap of the day??

What time (ish) is the last nap your baby takes before bed time. And how long before bedtime is it?? What time is bedtime??? Just curious!

We keep her up from 5pm until bed. We start bedtime at 7 and she is usually out between 7:15 and 8pm.... more often closer to 7

We try to end last nap by 5pm and start bedtime at 7pm but she’s still doing 90 minute wake windows during the day so it doesn’t always shake out like that

We do bedtime around 5pm and she wakes up 2-3 times early in the night and sleeps through the night from around 10pm -5am
Her last nap is usually around 3 or so and she sleeps for 30mins to an hour.

Sometimes from 4-5 sometimes 5-6. Then bed at 730

Last nap is a short nap usually from 4 to 5 and then bedtime at 7. But whatever times he wakes up from his last night, he does better going to sleep at night if he’s been up around 2 hours before.

My baby’s last nap is from 7-8 and she’s usually down for the count no later than 11. It seems late but the later the better bc she’s going through a leap rn and she only sleeps about 5 hours, wakes up at 4 and then up at 7am

I try to make it 6-7  7:15 up until 830-9 when shes done bedtime routine and asleep . Always before 9

Supposed to be 530 but he’s been sleeping since 430 😬 woke up to eat at 6pm and fell right back to sleep.  No idea what’s going on

Our last nap is from 6-7 because we’re driving home at that time and I let her sleep while we have dinner. We wake her up once we’re done and then try to keep her up until around 8:30-9. She has her last bottle and then off to bed.

We try to get our last nap in around 5pm, she’ll sleep for an hour and we start bedtime routine at 7pm
