Keto Diet
I just began keto about a week and a half ago and am loving it. I am pretty inexperienced with this kind of thing and wanted to start a discussion on it. I began doing it to lose weight, but am really loving how much more educated and conscious I am about what goes in my body. So.. Who here has tried keto? Is anyone thinking of starting it? Does anyone have any tips/tricks? Any foods that works well for them. Anyone doing it on a college meal plan? What are everyone’s results with keto?
