Fever after flu shot?

My 6 month old got her flu shot today, along with other vaccines. She has had a steady fever of 101 and as high as 104 even with infant Motrin, is this normal? She's never had these types of symptoms after vaccines so I am assuming it was the flu shot. Has me worried :(

My 6 month old had his appt last week and he spiked up to 101.4 but not higher -  lasted about 3 days . He had less appetite too and seemed sleepier. He’s back to normal now - hang in there!

I’d call the pediatrician ASAP. Fevers above 102 are concerning but if it’s reaching 104 with medication that’s really not good.

Sometimes helps if you try to give her a cooler bath and keep the Motrin or Tylenol going at the exact hour intervals that it states

Mine just got normal vaccines plus flu and also had a fever for about two days. 
I only gave her tylenol a couples times and just did other things to keep her cool and she was ok. 
How long after giving motrin did you recheck the temp? It can take a bit for it to kick in so the temp wont go down right away but eventually it should bring it down. Call your pediatrician to be safe but i would alternate between Tylenol and motrin and just keep it on schedule until the fever stays down if its getting that high
