Okay so me and my husband went to see his grandma today she, lives about an hour away. I am currently 38 weeks 3 days pregnant and when we got to her house she immediately started complaining. She was complaining about how she won’t be able to come see us while we are in the hospital, whenever she does that it is her way of saying she wants my husband to drive to go get her. So that right there irritated me, you want my husband to leave me while I’m in the hospital to drive and hour to come get you then drive an hour to bring you to the hospital. My husband told her no one is coming to the hospital and she asked why, I told her that it is cold and flu season so I don’t want people there and that I don’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings so no one is coming. She then asked if we were going to have people over after we got home and I told her maybe my mom and my little brother ( he is 12) but if my son is born in the next few days they probably won’t come over because my brother is in the hospital. Her response to that was oh so their germs are okay. That pissed me off because my brother is fighting for his life because he has a blood clotting disorder and he required a blood transfusion. I told her that when I am able to sit in the car long enough we will bring the baby down to see her, but she just continued to complain. Then she started complaining about us changing the babies name. I’m just so irritated at the whole situation and how she just kept getting offended about everything.
