Nipple sorness

When was the soonest y’all had sore nipples? My period is supposed to start in 8 days and I have literally pee’d a million times between last night and today. My nipples are also sensitive to touch. I went to get an ice cream with my husband last night, didn’t wear a bra and the seatbelt rubbed it and it hurt. It’s just an odd sensation, I don’t want to get my hopes up bc I know it’s early.
