Post-partum pudge
Good evening! I have a little...well, not so little problem. I’m 6 months pp and I know not to expect a perfect pp body (I.e. flat stomach). I’m still frustrated because I have a momma roo pooch or pouch (my name for it) and it seems like it is getting bigger!!! I’ve only had sex twice since my son’s been born but nevertheless I made sure pregnancy wasn’t the cause of ever expanding middle. Also my son is my second child and he’s exclusively breastfed.
Anyways what HEALTHY techniques have y’all personally used to successfully rid yourself of the momma roo pooch?
