Vitamin patches recommendations?

I have a hard time keeping down prenatal vitamins and always have. I’m pregnant with my fourth. I bought vitamin patches and have been using them. They are not prenatal but a multivitamin which has all the same levels as a prenatal for the vitamins and supplements. I tried googling it and couldn’t find any answers if other women used them because they also couldn’t keep down the oral ones.
