Epidural pain!!!

I had my son 11/12. He came early at 31 weeks. I got the epidural when I was 5cm, I'm a ftm and I always heard that it was a shot, however mine was an actual iv. I ended up getting 3 bags of the pain meds. It worked amazing!!.. Now fast forward present day and my back is on fire!! If I sit down to quick my back pulsates in pain. If I bend down to long my back stiffen and is in pain right at the epidural location. Will this pain go away or do I need to get it looked at.
