Pregnant a month after suction d&c

Anyone get pregnant again exactly one month after having a miscarriage at 7 weeks and subsequent D&C To remove remaining tissue. Started Havjng sex about a week and a half after the procedure when the bleeding

Stopped. The d&c was on dec 4. Had my follow up appt 2 weeks later on 12/18, had bloodwork and everything and hcg was back down to zero. Something just felt off 3 days ago and started taking hpts. Three days of frer tests with faint lines and a clear blue digital today. I’m excited but terrified that it’s too soon
