Nervous

I’m 18 years old and I have an amazing boyfriend. We’ve been together for almost a year now. My periods are usually on time, but right now I am 4 days late. We use protection a lot of the time, but sometimes we don’t. However, HE PULLS OUT all of the time. He has never cum in me. I know that precum is a thing, so I’m very very nervous. I’m going into my second semester of college. Help ? Am I just freaking out? Is it too early to tell? Do you think I should take a test? My periods are rarely this late.
