Advice on being Bi-curious

I’ve been thinking about if I’m bi for a year now. I think I had a crush on a girl cuz it felt the same when I think of boys and I was really upset when I found out she had a girlfriend (but she is from YouTube so nothing that deep but I still felt it). I told my best friend she is the only one who knows but she doesn’t know what to tell me cuz she can’t relate and we have spoke about if we would date women and I said YES. I wanna know what it feels like to talk to a girl in that way but dunno how to go about it. I’ve recently turn 18 so I’m not sure if I should go on a dating app or something🤦🏾‍♀️.
