Lower carb while BF

I've recently started a low carb diet (I eat as much fruit as I want however) and I'm much less hungry than before. I'm struggling with if I should wait to eat until I'm hungry or eat to keep my milk up. Before I was eating literally every hour and now I can go 4-5 hours and not be hungry. I havent had any issues with my milk yet but I'm nervous with all that time between. I'm unable to count calories as it can be triggering. Anyone else do low carb while BF?
