CD12 positive OPK, CD13 huge bbt spike
I have been testing opk in the morning and night to make sure I didn’t miss my surge. And then I got a blazing positive opk on CD12 night.
Today, CD13, my bbt shoot up so much.
I thought CD13 is supposed to be my ovulation day, with Low bbt temp.
Which one should I trust? I’m worried I missed my ovulation day.
Only BD on CD12.
