Help!!!!!

My 9 month old won’t sleep in her own bed through out the night she goes to bed at about 9pm and sleeps on her till about 1-2am and then will wake up and cry

We try giving her a bottle or pacifier but she will only take that for 5-10 mins then she’s standing up in her crib crying trying to get out so then we always cave just to get back to sleep and then she ends up right in the middle of us or on one of our chests

Any tips on transitioning her to sleeping alone we have baby #2 due in July 2020 and i would really like her to at least be in her own bed and not in our bed but hopefully in her own room
