What were your preterm labor signs?

If you went into preterm labor (before 30 weeks) what signs did you have? Please help

A painful tightening in my lower abdomen every 20 minutes (lasted 30 seconds each), for a full 24 hours (was told I was experiencing Braxton Hicks, however 🤦🏻‍♀️). Then after a full 24 hours, I started bleeding and immediately went to L&D and was already 10 cm dilated.

I went in at 26 weeks with my 2nd baby. I had really bad cramps that got worst I was having contractions the whole time 2 1/2 centimeters dilated.
