cramping 4 ish weeks

according to baby apps i'm 3/6 or 4 weeks. i've been suspecting pregnancy for a good week now. i woke up nauseous today but no vomit and i'm cramping - have been since sometime last night but it isn't spreading like period cramps. i haven't used the bathroom yet bc im laying in bed waiting for my bf to wake up to tell him i want to test 💀 plus they say morning pee is the best. my gut says to test but should i wait?
