Second miscarriage 😭

I miscarried last week for the second time. I only had back pain which was on and off and thought it was normal. Then I started spotting till I had the miscarriage. I did blood tests and ultrasound two months before I knew I’m pregnant because My periods turn out to be heavy after the first miscarriage. All was normal except for having low iron level. The doctor told me the level was normal but low. Any one experienced two miscarriages and had a healthy pregnancy? If so did you have any medicines after the two miscarriages or the third time the pregnancy just went normal.
