Question

Yesterday I was 12dpo. I took a pregnancy test at 10dpo that had a faint line and I took one yesterday that had a darker line. So I’m barely pregnant. Yesterday my family and I had to return back to Illinois from Arkansas where we’ve been for 2 weeks. I’ve made this trip many times but yesterday my back hurt the entire time. Stuffed a pillow back there which helped for a minute. Got home and got in my bed. Couldn’t even bring bags in I was hurting so much. Immediately felt relief when I laid down. Is it possible that someone who is 3 minutes pregnant can already have so much discomfort?
