Relief from hot flashes
Everywhere I go I'm so hot to the point I carry a fan with me, and if I can't feel ac blowing I will leave. My hands and feet swell. My boyfriend and I fight every night over hold cold he thinks our house is. I try putting a wet rag on my feet and on my neck but nothing seems to work!! Anyone have any advise?
