Since getting pregnant have y’all had more issues?

I have literally been sick every single week for the past 3 weeks. On Sunday it starts then it last a couple of days. First it was an ear infection, then it was some kind of virus that mocked the flu according to doctors, now I have white specks in my throat, it hurts super bad and I’m throwing up. I’m bout to go to the doctor for that now. It’s to the point where the doctors know who I am. And I’m going to urgent care due to me not having a regular doctor. But like is this normal?
