Could be start of labor?

Ftm 37 wks and sick with cough and congestion. Tested negative for strep and flu. I've been feeling menstrual cramps & tooth aches since yesterday. My lower back has had a dull ache for a couple days and has kept me up at night. My mother told me last night that it might be the start of labor. I'm scheduled for c section on 14th due to him being breech & lack of blood flow to the umbilical cord. I'm wondering if anyone elses labor started like this and how long did it take for baby after symptoms started?
