Did i just get stood up?...again?

So this guy and i have been talking for 2 months not to date, only to be fuck buddies so we don't talk all the time. The first month it was the holidays so I didnt have time to meet, so i gave him my number vs the app so we could communicate better.

The first time we tried meeting up I was already in my car litterally fixing to head over for coffee. I stopped at Wal-Mart because it was taking so long. He texted me two hours later saying he has shitty service. So we ended up canceling.

This time he said he was busy till 5. So I assumed wed get coffee around that time. But again, two hours later he said he didnt know I was able to today. It WAS bad communication so I'll give him that.
