It's not his job to provide my happiness

I have spent the past few days like absolutely stressed out wondering if a guy liked me romantically and wanting to pursue something. Like it was eating away at my self esteem. Then I ran across this quote from Will Smith

It resonated with me because it is absolutely true. This guy may or may not want a relationship with me but no matter the outcome I should not place my happiness in his hands. Only happy when I get a text from him or some sort of validation is nonsense and draining. That changed my whole perspective ❤. Always remember ladies you are enough to create your own happiness!
