Is labor starting? Do I need to go to the hospital

I’ve gotten a few strong tightening pains in my belly maybe 2/3 an hour the past hour

But I have noticed I’m getting a mild lower backache

Now I have also had a few small uncomfortable pains in my butt?

I haven’t gotten another sharp tightening pain yet... but I am slowly getting these new pains and I’m wondering is the beginning of labor do I need to go in or when should I go in
