No heart beat....need help!!!

Im currently 9wks 6days. Everything had been great so far no cramping, bleeding, just regular pregnancy symptoms. Well today i went in to my Dr. for a checkup and turns out no heart beat. I had two sonos vaginal and regular and they also used a regular Doppler and Dr said no heart beat. I was given options either a d&c, some type of medication to start contracting or just let my body take care of it on its own. I have another appointment on Friday to repeat sono for piece of mind and will decide what to do then.Just wanted to hear from y’all if anyone has been through the same and just let it happen on its own, how long did your body take to start rejecting? Or did anyone ever have a miracle happen and heart beat was there???
