Pains during pregnancy

Has anyone else experienced sharp almost fainting pains in their lower pelvic area.? I had it with my first pregnancy and they couldn’t find anything and just said it was the round ligament being stretched out and causing the pain but with my second pregnancy I all of a sudden got it while bending over bathing my first and now it hurts every time little man moves inside of me. I have a heating pad on it and it’s helping but if it doesn’t go away should I go to hospital or brush it off because there is nothing doctors can do about it.
