When are you ladies leaving work?

My goal was the week of Thanksgiving as thanksgiving day I will be 38 weeks but I want to be done now or at least 2 weeks from now! I'm staying home after our baby boy comes. I am just uncomfortable all the time, so tired and I feel so much needs done. But my husband says I need to work until Thanksgiving but I'm just stressed out and crying all the time. Ugh
