Cervix slightly open 11.5 weeks

This is my second pregnancy. First was completely normal, healthy baby via c-section because he was breach.

Today was my first OB appt for this baby, 11.5 weeks. They did a pap and noticed bleeding but I have not been spotting otherwise at all. OB also said my cervix is slightly open (she didn’t say how much exactly).

Vaginal ultrasound showed the baby with strong heartbeat around 160, perfect growth, movement but not as much as I would like to see. Doc was optimistic because baby still looks good but they’re sending me for another (better) ultrasound tomorrow.

I have yet to experience bleeding or cramping but I am SO nervous. It’s going to be a very long day tomorrow before that 2:45 appt.

Anyone experience this and your cervix closed back up?
