Upspring milk flow drink mix
So my supply dropped some while my son was sick and in the nicu for a week and a half. My sister In law swore by this drink stuff I bought some today and it seems to be helping my boobs feel full again and baby seems content after feeds but I’m wondering how often you can drink this a day? Does anyone know how many cups you can have? It tastes really good I could drink it all day lol
