Bleeding, No fetal heartbeat

I had my ultrasound and the doctor could not find a fetal heartbeat although my gestation sac grew. I got home from the doctor and started bleeding. Looks like period blood. So suffice to say I’m actively miscarrying 💔 It was a very strange day because I saw rainbows all day. I also got a ticket on my car and had terrible nightmares last night. So, today was not a good day at all. I think i already knew earlier this week that this wouldn’t work out as I woke up and said “I’m not pregnant.” It’s hard with this because it’s hard to differentiate instinct with fear.
