Help! Weight loss tips?
Hi guys!!! I started out at 220 lbs and was at risk of diabetes and my doctor was concerned so she put me on a medication called contrave for weight loss, I lost almost 40 pounds on it and was able to get down to around 182, but obviously since I fell off the wagon and stopped taking it, I’ve gained my way back up to 192. I don’t wanna be on the medication anymore and I wanna lose the rest of it the right way, but I find that even though I’ve cut out most things that I enjoy eating, and I do hit the gym like every other day, I’m at a stalemate and haven’t lost anything. Any advice, or tips on what workouts to do or any good food recipes would be much appreciated! I have no idea where to even really start with this and it’s definitely hard.
