Jealousy?

I am 5 weeks pp, and for some reason I can’t fully let me SO be happy... I get so mad and jealous if I know he’s enjoying time without me, whether it be talking to other people or playing the video game with his friends... I’m being so selfish and we have talked about it, but I will get so mad I start shaking over what? I’m not really sure. Also not sure if it’s related but I’ve been having dreams that he was cheating and he will ignore me in these dreams (I know he isn’t actually)... we have talked about me going to therapy but any advice on trying to fix this problem before I try counseling?
