love advice... new love

Ive been friends with this guy for about three years. We met at summer camp (as staff), and we always clique-d so easily, spent time together, and go on these amazing adventures (hikes). I got the feeling that he liked me but we never made a move, we just stayed friends and always cracked jokes.

at camp he asked for my Facebook and snap chat and have talked here and there online over the years.

he lives in another state so we never got to meet up.

Well recently( a few days ago) we started talking again. we expressed how much we like each other. he said he was "going mad for me", asked to go back to camp with me, but he also seems to be kinda scared to get too attached to someone, like he could be insecure.

I finally ended up showing him that I care and booked a flight to see hi. we spent the weekend together even though he said he wasn't sure. the chemistry has gotten even stronger over the years and I really could see myself being with him. He even asked If i could do my job in his state where he lives.

now that im back home he seems like he is afraid to continue. he says he likes me, but doesn't know if we should keep going. Hes also not replying back as much...

what should i do?
