Ectopic pregnancy without bleeding?

Hi ladies. I have gotten my positive pregnancy tests and am impatiently waiting to see if my (lower than expected😥) hcg doubled the last 48 hours. I had all the warning signs with my ectopic this time last year, cramping, bleeding, etc. I have no bleeding this time. Is it still possible to have an ectopic pregnancy and no bleeding? Just looking for other experiences...

I had no symptoms with my ectopic and was 8 weeks.

It’s a good sign that you don’t have any of those symptoms again. I didn’t have any bleeding with my ectopic but I did have the cramping. Waiting those 48 hours is the hardest! Good luck!

I’m in exactly the same boat as you. Had a previous ectopic and just had vv faint bfp on Thursday. AF was due Saturday.
No cramps or bleeding yet either. I’ve avoided retesting and I’ve avoided having my
Hcg checked, as I know it’ll just cause me stress.
I’ve ordered another set of pregnancy tests tho - I know I’ll have to bite the bullet and check of the line has got darker, if not then I’ll probably have to get blood work done...

When i had an ectopic i had no bleeding at all. None.

You might have ovulated later which means you might be fewer weeks than you thought, making your hcg numbers less? Fingers crossed
