? Implantation?

This morning when I used the restroom, there’s a the tiniest little dot of blood when I wiped so I figured it was my period so I put a pad on, and went on with my day. Next time I used the bathroom there was nothing and there’s been nothing all day. My period is also not due for another 4 days. What could it have been?? Hubby and I have been trying for 3 years and have had two miscarriages.

There are many reasons to find blood mid-cycle (irritated cervix from sex, stress, medication, ruptured nabothian cyst on cervix, old ovulation blood, period coming 'early', to name a few), so its very hard to pinpoint exactly why. Too many people automatically  jump to the conclusion or expectation that it was implantation bleeding, and more often than not, that is simply not the case. This app makes IB seem SO much more frequent than it actually is. Random mid cycle spotting is very common and often unexplained! 🤷‍♀️ Good luck!!!

Same thing has happened too me. Have had cramps and sticky discharge
