Period after MC

So I had an mc at 9weeks and had a d&c on Nov 27th. I ovulated on Christmas day. So technically supposed to start my period yesterday(Wednesday)

But since Monday Ive been spotting but no real period yet. Before my MC I never spotted before periods so I dont know what to think.

Is this spotting just a very light period or is it gonna come gushing down at some point? Did any one had this experience?

-just a girl who really wants to TTC again.
