High heart rate from prenatals?
Just started taking a prenatal vitamin 2 days ago.
Both nights I took it, I noticed a spike in my resting heart rate.
It went from 74 to 77 and then 80 the 2 nights I took it.
Coincidence? Or can the vitamins in the prenatal cause a higher heart rate?
(Not pregnant yet. Starting ttc next cycle.)
