When should I test

I’m 8 dpo and still have roughly 10+ days until I get my period (I have really long cycles anywhere from 40-49 days) when the heck do I test?! This morning was negative btw

Answer

I didn’t test until 15 dpo. It takes time for the hcg to build up in your urine. Implantation can happen anywhere 6-12 dpo
