How to wean toddler of breastfeeding

My son wants to nurse 24/7 or be touching/twiddling my breast (im a SAHM and we cosleep, wakes up many times at night) so its basically all day long. I think its time for us to stop, my boobs need a break😰

Im asking for tips to wean my toddler, i’ve tried distracting him when he pulls up my shirt or puts his hands inside but he gets really mad everytime. He eats solids, drinks water and sometime whole milk so I know hes not hungry

Also we are moving in 3 weeks and plan to have him sleep in his own room any tips for an easy transition are really appreciated.
